Total, i tell you.
I just watched this uber cute interview of Mao and Jun for the HanaDan second season right before it starts, and oh my god. I'm sure plenty of Jun and Mao fans and HanaDan fans would agree with me on this, for i wish that Mao and Jun would get together in real life.
They're really cute. Hopefully they're not just acting in character; their chemistry together's really really adorable. Mao and Jun keep teasing each other XD XD SO CUTE!
Also, hopefully Jun won't be too professional this time so as to...*coughcough* let a little emotion in there.... But i think he is, though. Too professional to get his emotions involved in his work. But I've heard a few rumours that Jun's current girfriend is the woman from the Gokusen series (still have to watch that; Jun, Kame and Jin have been in it already). Any rumour mongers out there? Like...what's happening to jun?? Love life??
I've seen a few posts saying that Johnny's really strict, and that he doesn't allow his juniors (funny) to date. Aww man. Give Jun a chance to date Mao, already...hehehehe...
Even though Jun says he likes older women, I hope he makes an exception...*gringrin*
If you hear any rumors about them, let me know!!

OH MEH FRICKING GAD.
I am terribly let down by my other boy band obsession, KAT-TUN. Well, not them as a whole, but of its two most prominent members -- Kamenashi Kazuya and Akanishi Jin.From wordpress's super cool webmistress, I've heard a few controversial things regarding the two, and if those were indeed true, I'd take Kame and Jin and throw them out the window. I mean, COME FRICKING ON! I feel bad for the rest of KAT-TUN.
Word is that Kame's dating this former pop idol named CanCan who, by the way, is twice his fricking age. They started dating when Kame was 20, so this CanCan woman's already 40. He was, as i read, seen driving her car and is reportedly spending half of the week in the singer's house. All i can hope for is that she really makes you happy, Kame, na hindi lang sya asukarera de mama, at di ka lang ginagawang boytoy. Hopefully both of you are really in love, or else I'll really throw you out the window.
Jin, meanwhile, is apparently in the States in order to avoid his being laid-off by Johnny due to him being too arrogant. I should have seen this coming when i saw those numerous Jun vs Jin clips in YouTube. I mean, how dare you fight your senpai. He's your fricking senpai. Although Jun was leading him on at some points (love that part when he said Jin deciding to not call him with a suffix anymore, and seeing that he debuted 7 years ago while jin only debuted like seventeen days ago). So now KAT-TUN is reduced to like...KTTUN. KNUTT? TTUNK? TUNKT? apparently KAT-TUN haters like this one: KUNTT.
Anyway, i hope KAT-TUN would get themselves together. Total waste if they don't.

DRAMARANT
Somehow, I don't like watching dramas which were made two years ago and counting. I prefer to watch dramas which are currently airing or have aired in the past year. Like...Hana Yori Dango. But the rest -- nah. Even if they star the most wonderful actors in the world *coughjuncough*.
My friend told me to watch Kimi wa Petto and Gokusen, seeing that both of them starred the amazing Matsumoto Jun. Both of them were aired like...two years or three years ago though -- somehow i don't see myself watching them. Like, I'd rather concentrate on the present rather on the past. That sort of thing. Wait, is that even applicable to dramas? Somehow this is sounding ridiculous...
And it is also in dramas that you see the incredible SHOTACON complex goin' round there. Older woman who's a cold hearted success machine encounters younger male which has the hots for her, and thus melts her and they fall in love no matter how young the boy is. Okay fine, I may be exaggerating, but basically that's it. Older woman falls in love with a younger man. You can see this in Kimi wa Petto and Sapuri, as well as in Sore wa, Totsuzen, Arashi no You ni. All of them coincidentally have three of the most prominent idols in Japan as of yet (and in my opinion) -- Matsumoto Jun, Kamenashi Kazuya and Yamashita Tomohisa. I'm no girl for the Shotacon, thank you, so I'd just stick with HanaDan for Jun. Kame, though, I'm not too sure -- Tatta Hitotsu no Koi seems to be a bit too dramatic for me. YamaPi, though, I'm not that much of a fan.
I need to see another dorama which is as pretty as Hana Yori. I mean, out of all that i've screened, nothing is up to par with it. HanaDan has unique qualities compared to other drama's ive seen -- it boasts of YOUTHFUL ENERGY!, a right balance between those humorous, heart-wrenching and kyunkyun scenes, a very pretty lead and a very handsome set of males. Wonderful script, superb sets and locations and a very wonderful OST. Come on. Utada Hikaru + Arashi? Arashi + Ootsuka Ai? all of them = love. And if you say that HanaDan is so cliche, i don't mind -- it is the MOTHER of all Cliches. the only thing I can see matching to it is MBC's Princess Hours (Goong). But I'm still partial to HanaDan since it has both MatsuJun and Mao-chan.
That's it for now -- my HanaDan 2 rant will probably come 'round March, when it's over. :D
